Supervising Self Pay Collectors taking in and outbound calls for Surgery Centers. Monitoring stats for collectors and call volume.
Ongoing training and development of collectors.
Job Duties :
Supervise a team of Self pay collectors for Surgery Centers. Making inbound and outbound calls to patients regarding their accounts.
Training new collectors and ongoing training for current employees, keeping them updated with HIPPA Laws and collection laws.
- Back up staff when shorthanded
- Responsible for Performance evaluations of Employees.
- Working with Manager to determine best practices and processes.
- Conducting Team meetings.
Education :
High School or equivalent
