PositionOverview :

We are seeking anexperienced and driven Director of Business Development tospearhead our growth initiatives within the offhighway and truckindustry.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background insales and business development underscored by a proven track recordof success within this niche market.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drivebusiness expansion in the offhighway and truckindustry.
  • Identify and seize new businessopportunities by building relationships with key decisionmakers andinfluencers in the sector.
  • Maintain and enhancea strong network of industry contacts to support businessdevelopment and collaborativeopportunities.
  • Lead and motivate the sales teamto develop and implement effective sales strategies that surprevenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teamsto ensure the delivery of highquality services to ourclients.
  • Keep abreast of market trends andcompetitive activities to stay ahead in theindustry.
  • Craft and present compelling businessproposals presentations and contracts to potentialclients.
  • Manage sales performance metricsproviding comprehensive reports to seniormanagement.
  • Represent the company atindustryspecific events conferences and trade shows to enhancebrand recognition and promote services.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business AdministrationMarketing Engineering or a related field.
  • Aminimum of 10 years experience in sales and business developmentspecifically within the offhighway and truckindustry.
  • Proven track record of achieving andexceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding ofthe offhighway and truck industry and its majorplayers.
  • Exceptional communication negotiationand interpersonal ss.
  • Demonstrated ability tobuild and maintain relationships with clients and industrypartners.
  • Strong leadership abilities withexperience in managing sales teams.
