Great Lakes Roofing Corp. is immediately hiring a driven, dependable Inside Sales teammate at our Madison branch. Our customer service-oriented team seeks someone who understands the art of building relationships and is confident placing outbound calls.

Great Lakes Roofing Corp. installs quality commercial and industrial roofs across the Midwest.

Job Type : Flexible, full time

Full-time at 30 hours with flexible hours to be worked Mon - Fri during the typical 8a - 5p business day. We offer optional hybrid with a provided laptop.

Hybrid roles have required in-office time that will be determined with your team. Hybrid status starts after completion of in-office training and can be rescinded if metrics / goals are not consistently met.

Inside Sales - Account Executive Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Prior outbound calling experience,
  • Polished listening skills to identify challenges that clients & prospects are facing, so we can deliver solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills for both internal and external recipients.

PLUS, your base pay (hourly rate) is paid weekly. Expected on-target earnings averaging above $46,000 annually; excel and reach upwards of $70,000 annually.
