What you can expect in this role :
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers to bring in top talent to the organization.
- Actively source and identify mid to upper level engineering talent using a variety of strategies.
- Develop strong relationships in your market with passive and active seeking engineering professionals.
- Attend networking events.
- Manage planning, coordination, and logistics for interviews.
- Engage candidates to consider conversations about opportunities with Inspire11.
Tools for success :
- 5 years of previous experience working in recruitment or staffing within the Information Technology industry.
- Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse and / or any other ATS (applicant tracking system).
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency around top priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partner effectively with hiring managers.
- Excellent communication skills and a joy that is infectious.
- Desire to work in fast-paced environments and drive impact.
