Customer Service Representative Job Description

Oakridge Equine Hospital,a state of the art Equine facility, is hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative to perform the following tasks and duties :

Equine experience Mandatory.

Here at Oakridge Equine Hospital, the Customer Service Representative's main responsibility is the smooth, accurate, cheerful, well planned, and orderly flow of clients and patients in and out of the hospital.

We receive payments for services rendered and record them, we answer a multi-line phone system, we act as a liasion between the client and the Veterinarians.

We schedule appointments for both Equine and small animals (MRIs). We maintain electronic medical files. Knowledge of Equine is important and customer service experience along with medical records experience is preferred.

Neat, clean appearance is expected.

Potential candidates will be required to pass background and drug screening.

Schedule is Part Time, two weekdays Monday and Friday, 8am-6pm, and rotating Saturdays, 8am- 12 noon.
