As a Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our guest services department, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Previous experience in guest services or hotel management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in hotel management software and technology
