Onsite Community Manager

Overview

The Palms at Verde Shores is a Mobile Home Community nestled along the Colorado River in Needles, CA. The property is a medium-sized, family-owned operation with multiple properties in California and Arizona. We encourage a collaborative culture where everyone can share ideas, take pride in their work and feel valued.

We are looking for a Community / Landscape Maintenance Manager to oversee the operations at this 55+ community. You will oversee and work on projects that are important to our success. Half of your day will be spent in the office and the other half in the community alongside your maintenance staff.

The Role

• Manage all day-to-day property operations including billing, tenant application processing, utility reading, maintenance, and task delegation
• Handle tenants move-ins and move-outs, including inspections
• Enforce payment deadlines and issue late notices
• Consistently and promptly enforce the park rules and regulations, while conducting regular property inspections
• Ensure compliance with all local and state housing regulations
• Delegate tasks and work to ensure completion of projects
• Prioritize situations and emergencies regarding the property and address them immediately
• Maintain landscaping, including trees, mowing, trimming, shrub care and edging of lawns
• Maintain the sprinkler system and repairs as needed
• Handle sewer backups and repairs
• Pond maintenance
• Ensure common areas and green spaces are clean and well-maintained

About you

Job Type : Full-Time

Pay : $32,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year, plus housing
