What We Need :
- Experience That Matters : 6+ years in military, law enforcement, or close protection, with a strong focus on leadership and security operations.
- Certifications : Actively maintain California Guard Card , CPR / AED , and other relevant licenses.
- Proven Track Record : Ability to stay calm under pressure, make decisive judgments, and execute advanced security protocols.
Key Responsibilities :
- Event & Executive Protection : Secure high-profile events, executive residences, and corporate sites.
- Tactical Operations : Conduct detailed risk assessments, threat mitigation, and response planning.
- Incident Management : React promptly to emerging threats, maintaining order and safety for clients and guests.
- Team Coordination : Liaise with law enforcement, estate staff, and corporate security teams to ensure seamless protection.
