We are currently seeking a qualified Hearing Test Technician with a Medical Assistant license to join our team.
Job Summary :
The Hearing Test Technician will be responsible for conducting hearing tests, assisting with patient assessments, and supporting the audiology team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare as a Medical Assistant (MA).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing tests using audiometric equipment
- Prepare and maintain test equipment
- Record and document patient information accurately
- Assist audiologists with patient assessments and evaluations
- Educate patients on test procedures and hearing health
- Maintain a clean and organized testing environment
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service
Qualifications :
- Current and valid MA license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
