An Established law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney-7 year partner track to add to their growing team! Ideal candidate will be motivated, professional, analytical and have relevant experience in corporate law.
Corporate Associate Attorney Requirements :
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in business and real estate transactions, corporate, tax planning, trust and estates, business litigation, banking and finance, and intellectual property.
- Excellent communication in writing, speaking, research and negotiations.
- Strong academic background preferred.
- Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
- Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment.
- Licensed in MA in good standing.
- 1800 Billable Hours required.
- 7-year Partner track for newly graduated candidates. Benefits :
