Job Title : HR Coordinator / Recruiter

Job Description
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, organizing files, and maintaining HR databases.
Hard Skills
- 2+ years of HR experience
- 2+ years of HRIS experience
- 2+ years of experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Rippling (preferred)

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Work Environment
Fully in office. Reports directly to the HR Director.
