Accounting Specialist / AP II

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is looking for an Accounting Specialist / AP II.
As the Accounting Specialist / AP II, we are looking for someone who is able to do the following :
- Independently manage all of the AP processes
- Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices
- Prepare accounts payable vouchers to include approvals and account codings
- Review and process expense reports
- Perform weekly check run
- Process monthly subcontractor timesheets
- Work on process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Minimum of five years of GovCon AP experience
- Working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint or other GovCon ERP systems
- Extremely detailed in a highly fast environment
- Proficiency with MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships with whom interaction is required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- BA / BS in Accounting and / or Finance from an accredited college / university
- Other education along with commensurate experience may be substituted
