Civil Engineer- Water/Wastewater (5-10yrs.)

LaBella is currently looking for a Civil Engineer to join our Water Wastewater team.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to all phases of water / wastewater projects including the development of design concepts
• Performing and reviewing detailed calculations, working within teams in a collaborative manner and mentoring junior staff
• Overseeing design staff in, and contribution to, the production of effective and high-quality drawings and specifications
• Supporting projects throughout construction as they progress to final closeout.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and / or Environmental Engineering.
• 5-10 years’ experience.
• PE or the ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Revit experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with hydraulic / process modeling software is preferred.
• Experience with water supply, treatment, storage and distribution systems; experience with wastewater collection, treatment and disposal systems;

experience with various forms of treatment processes for both water supplies as well as wastewater treatment systems.

• Experience with public works projects from planning and funding, design and entitlement, public bidding and construction administration, inspection and commissioning.
• Ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, self-motivated with a strong desire to grow a career in the water / wastewater engineering field.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Team members across the organization.

Salary Range : ($75,000 - $95,000)

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
