This is a Fulltime, non-exempt position in Corvallis, OR. Remote work is not offered with this position.
Compensation
Annual Salary : $35,000 - $40,000 / yr depending on experience. Includes Health Insurance (employee pay 15%), generous vacation and holidays, and Simple IRA with a 3% match.

Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant works closely with all ORGANIZATION staff to support the organization's overall well-functioning.
The position reports directly to the Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities
Oversight of customer records management (CRM) platform including Organization, updates, and reports for community members, donors, sponsors, grantors, volunteers, customers, tickets sales, and artists
Working with the Development Assistant in processing incoming donations and gifts to ORGANIZATION in a timely manner utilizing the (CRM) platform
Keep current knowledge of all ORGANIZATION programs, special events, and staff responsibilities
Management of facility rentals processes and staffing rentals when needed
Regular website updates (WordPress)
Management of ORGANIZATION Collaborative Google Drive, including on-boarding and off-boarding of employee access and maintaining Organizational Google Calendars
Updating weekly staff coverage schedulers
Facilities management, including on-board and off-board of employees and communications with the City of Corvallis maintenance department
Fielding incoming inquiries (in-person, email, and phone) to ORGANIZATION from the community, artists, etc. to the appropriate staff member
Support with annual fundraising event planning
Provides additional support to the Executive Director as needed.
Qualifications
Commitment to justice, equity, and transparency in all practices
Demonstrated experience arts administration (preferred) or other administrative support experience
Experience with database management
Experience with WordPress
Expertise in use and navigation in a collaborative Google Workplace including GDocs (word processor), GSheets (spreadsheets), GDrive (cloud folder system), GForms (form creator), and Gmail (email), etc.
Create, utilize, and navigate files across Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to track decisions transparently, ensuring inclusion in all policies and practices.
Ability to work in a non-fully ADA-compliant environment with accommodation assistance as needed.
