- Collaborate with a support team consisting of 4 MDs and 2 PAs.- Provide primary care to a patient population averaging 63 years old, while also seeing patients of all ages.
- Manage a patient load of 14-16 in 8-hour shifts or 18-22 in 10-hour shifts.- Use Cerner for electronic medical records.
- Complete a mandatory Cerner training / orientation session remotely, lasting approximately 4 hours.- Fulfill any pre-employment credentialing requirements within a 30-day timeframe.
- Conduct phone interviews with the clinic department prior to receiving an offer.- Ensure medical records are completed promptly, assisting with follow-ups as needed.
- Demonstrate adaptability to potentially work across multiple facilities within the system.- Maintain current vaccination certifications, including COVID-19 and flu, with exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis.
