We are seeking a Payroll Clerk to join our team in Manchester, New Hampshire. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and involves handling a variety of payroll functions.

The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for gathering and reviewing timecards, managing expense reports, and creating batches for payroll processing.

Responsibilities :

  • Handling the processing of timecards for payroll.
  • Managing and pulling in all expense reports for payroll processing.
  • Creating batches of timecards and other documents for payroll.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of payroll on a biweekly basis.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations.
  • Possess proficiency in processing biweekly payroll
  • Have experience in handling expense reports
  • Excellent mathematical and computational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
  • Excellent problem-solving / judgement skills and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
