Responsibilities :
- Research and identify potential leads / opportunities across various markets for outreach.
- Gather contact information of potential clients or their management teams.
- Assist in sending initial outreach emails, aiming to generate responses from potential clients.
- Contribute significantly to business development and internal marketing efforts
- Monitor the business development pipeline and sales using our internal resources.
- Compile comprehensive lists of potential client leads to support the outreach efforts of the BD team.
- Assist in collaboration with marketing and other cross-teams to implement new branding and more efficient processes
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a school majoring in business management, Finance, Marketing, or Engineering
- Demonstrates extreme passion and curiosity about the Manufacturing industry
- Ability to follow instructions with a "nothing-is-too-small" attitude.
- Proactive, expressive, and unafraid to share opinions, with the capability to work independently or within a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Capable of anticipating needs and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy in task execution.
- Demonstrates the ability to grow and forge new relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong understanding of maintaining confidentiality
- Bachelor's (Preferred) or graduating within 24 months
- Experience : Business development : 1 year (Preferred)
- Work Location : Hybrid 2-3 days / Remote
