Position Overview
This is a full-time position as part of the Radkin Leadership Team. We are seeking a dedicated Security Patrol Manager to join our team at one of our prestigious locations.
This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of service our residents expect. We have a Security Patrol Manager position for a luxury condominium complex in Ft.
Lauderdale. You will be responsible for providing the highest and the most professional Security Patrol Manager. We are a 24 / 7 company and may require your schedule to work holidays.
Mission
The mission of this role is to be a friendly face, visible to the community, showing presence and reassurance that the property is safe and well-maintained.
This role will assess a positive attitude and be proactive.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities will be :
- Manage and lead a team of staff to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations take place
- Train and mentor new concierge staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and capable of providing excellent service
- Greet patrons, residents, and scheduled guests and lead to appropriate areas or person
- Monitor guest feedback and implement changes to improve guest satisfaction
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Perform (specific tasks) as required by the location
Proficiencies
This role requires enthusiasm, stamina, and the ability to be very friendly, caring, and patient. It also requires the ability to work independently, show initiative, be alert, and have a good sense of judgment.
Requirements :
- Must reside in Ft. Lauderdale, FL
- Prefer one year of customer service experience
- On-call availability
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Knowledge of Outlook and Teams application software
- Physical sitting and standing
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Reliable transportation
