A vibrant and thriving machine shop is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to drive part production in a variety of materials.
CNC Machine Operator Requirements :
- 5+ years’ experience in CNC machine coding and programming
- Generate intricate G & M-code programs and optimize them for production efficiency
- CNC programming, machine set-up and troubleshooting
- Document set-up and operational instructions
- Working knowledge Makino Pro5 / 6 or Fanuc Controls
- Apply quality control measures
- Understanding of speeds and feeds, tool geometry design, and jig / fixture design.
- Able to utilize manufacturing math and trigonometry to keep required tolerances
- Siemens NX working knowledge preferred
