Responsibilities :
- Teach and mentor individuals interested in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrician work
- Provide hands-on training and practical knowledge to help individuals develop necessary skills
- Offer guidance and support to individuals in their career or entrepreneurial journey
- Develop and deliver educational materials, including workshops, tutorials, and online courses
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in trades sector
- Collaborate with fellow mentors and community members to create a supportive learning environment
Requirements
- Prior experience working in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrician
- Strong knowledge and expertise in trades industry practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring others
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different learning styles
- Experience in creating educational materials, workshops, tutorials, or online courses is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to help individuals succeed
