Everi’s Payroll team is growing with a new position! Known as the Payroll Ninja’s , our small but mighty team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to Everi employees, managers and business partners.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Payroll Administrator with UKG Pro Payroll experience for employees across the United States.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Audit and finalize timely and accurate payroll for 2,000+ employees in 47 states.
  • Process manual checks from calculation to printing and sealing the envelope.
  • Record timesheet and pay adjustments as authorized.
  • Process incoming physical and electronic mail to ensure compliance with garnishments and payroll tax account updates.
  • Enjoy answering phone calls and responding to email in a quick and friendly manner.
  • Generate accurate and timely payroll reports to meet monthly and quarterly deadlines.
  • Prepare tax liability reconciliations.
  • Prepare ongoing and ad hoc reports for business partners.
  • Exercise highest level of confidentiality with payroll matters.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job :

  • 2+ years of experience with UKG Pro Payroll.
  • 2-5 years of payroll experience, including payroll tax reporting, tax reconciliations.
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Current knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Polished and open communication skills that foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Positive attitude with confidence to ask questions and recommend solutions.
  • Superb customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail oriented along with a knack for finding errors.

Let’s Go! The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training;

licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled.

At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20.50 - $22.50 per hour and is overtime eligible .
