Job Description : An Entry Level Sales Assistant at XTalk Prep Consultants is responsible for supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, generating leads, and assisting in client communications.

Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist the sales team with daily tasks and administrative duties.
- Generate and qualify leads through research and outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Help prepare sales presentations and proposals.
- Support the coordination of sales events, meetings, and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills & Abilities :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
