Job Description
The Sr. Director, Global Key Accounts is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with significant RVI customers within the market.
This role involves understanding customers' technology and technical needs to drive current and future product solutions.
They are also responsible for maintaining and developing the strategic long-term relationships to increase sales. They work within the various departments including sales regions at Evident to develop the current and future growth imperatives of these key accounts.
Our Key Accounts Director is a technical expert and solutions provider. Your expertise in RVI products used by customers is important to your success.
A knowledge of industry standard, codes, and techniques are essential.
You will know when and how to introduce other Evident technical experts and industry specialists to our customers as part of your strategy to win.
Evident products are well known within these markets. This is a position for people who want to exceed their career and financial goals.
Job Duties
- Proactively schedule sales calls with key accounts to demonstrate the value of our company and equipment solutions to grow sales.
- Lead the strategic and tactical selling plan for converting customers to Evident products and solutions.
- Identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with customers to align technology solutions with their business goals.
- Identifying and driving the business and technical requirements for current and long-term business opportunities.
- Closely work with governing body for procedure development on new projects along with staying close to key stakeholders to understand inspection trends and competitive landscape.
- Attend key industry tradeshows to develop relationships with new customers and keep in contact with existing customers.
Participate in code and standards activities (ASME, ASNT, and ISO).
Use the national technical specialists and market specialists in a creative way to close sales.
Job Requirements
Education :
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent technical and sales experience required.
Experience :
- Minimum 10+ year experience in RVI equipment sales or similar selling skills and training desired.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on technical experience. Field or sales experience will be considered.
Required Qualifications :
- Strong computer skills (i.e., Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to learn the scientific principles and technology of the equipment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comfortable presenting in front of large audiences.
