This is an amazing opportunity to step into a Manager role and apply your leadership to support a motivated and efficient warehouse team as our next Warehouse Manager.

Warehouse Director Your Job Duties

• Support the warehouse leads in all things management including hiring, corrective actions, workforce planning, and administrative tasks
• Monitor individual and team warehouse productivity using provided metrics (a team of 20 - 30 associates and temporary labor)
• Coordinate inventory transfers with satellite warehouses
• Optimize inbound, outbound, and reverse warehouse logistics
• Document warehouse standard operating procedures
• Work and communicate cross-functionally with key internal departments (Traffic, Inventory Control, Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Human Resources, Customer Service, etc.)
• Participate in Physical Inventories for main warehouse and satellite warehouses (twice a year)
• Facilities management including overseeing safety both inside and outside the building and coordinating with outside vendors for buildings and grounds

Warehouse Director - Required Skills, Experience & Culture Fit

• You have a desire to coach and motivate your team; help the team hit their KPIs and metrics, career coaching, and mentorship
• You are analytical, and strive to make processes more efficient
• You have prior experience in a warehouse role as a manager or team lead
• You can use a computer, and / or Warehouse ERP Software
• You have prior experience using RF Scanners

Warehouse Director - Extras (Desired, Not Required)

• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Experience with managing an apparel or e-commerce warehouse
• Forklift certified

This is 100% on site role, Monday Friday 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm

Compensation is $85,000 - $93,000, salaried, plus additional bonus potential up to an additional $15,000 per year.
