Description
The Service Plumber Technician will troubleshoot, repair and install various commercial plumbing fixtures, valves and pumps within a commercial environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly customer service to clients with professional conduct
- Install, repair or replace plumbing fixtures, waste, vent or freshwater pipes
- Installation, service or diagnostics of grease trap
- Troubleshoot common plumbing issues on pumps, fixtures and pipes
- Operate various sizes of hydro-jets to clean drain lines
- Diagnose and unclog drains with the proper cable equipment
- Submit paperwork with the details of the work provided after each service appointment
- Additional duties assigned as needed
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive commercial plumbing experience and responsibilities
- Must have an insurable motor vehicle driving record with a valid driver license
- Must be available to work one weekend day as part of the regular scheduled shift. Work shifts are Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
- Computer literate with the ability to communicate to management by email, phone calls or text messages
- Availability to work evenings or nights is desired
