How you can Make a Difference
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS : Must be available Thursday-Sunday mornings and nights (hours of operation are 10 am-8 pm) Must be comfortable in a kitchen, performing basic kitchen duties Skilled at and enjoys delivering excellent customer serviceEnthusiasm for wines and a desire to learn more about winesFood Handlers & OLCCExperienced with and proficient in using retail point-of-sale systemsSuccessfully passing required TSA screening and background check 21 years of age or older (must be able to taste and evaluate product)Able to work overtime or late into the evening in the event of flight delays.
Able to carry and balance a flight of wineAble to push, pull, lift and / or carry up to 50 pound As airport travel returns to normalcy in a post-COVID-19 world, our nationwide

Create a lasting first and last impression.Responsible for wine knowledge including, but not limited to flavor profiles and talking points of current list along with pricing guidelinesProcess all point of sale transactions in a quick, efficient mannerBuild guest loyalty and enhance selling skills through the use of training materialsWork together with fellow employees and management to ensure all guests have the best experience possibleMaintain a clean organized work environmentSupport other areas of the bar as requested, such as seating customers, answering telephones, stock work, cleanup, and documentation.
Respond appropriately to guest concernsMaintain current adult beverage certification. Ensure responsible service of alcohol.
