Commercial Finance Associate Attorney

Latitude is seeking a Commercial Finance Attorney with 5-8 years of experience to join the finance practice group of a highly-respected, collegial law firm as an Associate.

Recent law firm experience drafting and negotiating transactions including loan, syndication and agency documentation is required.

• 5-8 years of commercial finance legal experience
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of the office location
• Outstanding references

Position Details of the Commercial Finance Associate Attorney :

• Type of role : Permanent
• Schedule : Full-time
• Location : Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation :

Pay : The annual salary range for this role is $220,000 to $270,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location.
