  • Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
  • Located in Middleton, WI
  • Responsibilities :

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the client's Compliance Services products procedures
    • Understand concepts of ERISA and cafeteria nondiscrimination testing
    • Input precise client / plan information into approved software for Compliance Services provision
    • Generate accurate and complete Forms 5500 and wrap plan documents within departmental and company deadlines
    • Apply product and regulatory knowledge to guide interactions and communications with clients, brokers, and internal teams effectively
    • Coordinate workload distribution of CRM tasks and Help Desk emails with team members to ensure accurate responses within departmental turnaround times
    • Maintain, update, and proactively manage the customer relations database, adhering to departmental standards by proactively documenting each client interaction and action item

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a similar field
    • At least 2 years of recent, related experience
    • Expert in ERISA requirements for Form 5500 Series highly preferred
    • Experience with retirement compliance, employee benefits administration, and customer relationship management systems desired
    • Computer proficiency (Windows) and the ability to learn new software programs
    • Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
    • Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills
    • CRM experience is a plus
