Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do : -Maintain, support, and optimize OCI Cloud hosted virtual machines. -Provide escalated technical support for sophisticated technical issues which may include leading problem management cases and providing management status.

• Coordinate escalated support cases and lead appropriate internal technical resources and / or third-party vendors to resolution.
• Responsible for Oracle production environments, supporting server operating system tuning, application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching.
• Work on standardization projects for software under the Oracle technology stack while providing consistent system uptime as expected in a Cloud environment.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS : Hiring Range : from $85,800 to $178,200 per annum.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
