Job Title : Experienced Solderers

Location : Westminster, CO

Compensation : $20 - 24 / hr DOE

Shifts :

• 1st Shift, 6 AM - 2 : 30 PM (Monday to Friday)
• 2nd shift : 2PM - 10 : 30PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Description :

We are seeking skilled and experienced solderers to join our dynamic team in Westminster. This role involves :

• Inspecting electronic assemblies, including fine pitch SMT and through-hole components.
• Collaborating in a manufacturing environment utilizing team-building, SPC, and Demand Flow concepts.
• Meeting production requirements through effective team scheduling and quality meetings.
• Solving problems within a team setting using SPC and TQC principles.
• Reading and inspecting from procedures and prints.
• Using microscopes and magnifying glasses for fine pitch SMT and through-hole component inspection.
• Following procedures and processes accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to read and build from procedures and prints.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in soldering and familiarity with associated tools.
• IPC-A-610 training or certification is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills in both written and oral English.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Windows, Excel, Word).
• Experience in electronics manufacturing.
