We are looking for an Associate, Accounts Receivable to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

• Detail oriented with a strong work ethic?

As the Associate, Accounts Receivable , you will be responsible for supporting a finance process or transaction (in cash or invoicing).

Responsible for servicing requests and ensuring timely, accurate, compliant, and complete reconciliation of accounts.

A Day in the Life

• Processes all cash application for checks, wires, and ACHs within 48 hours
• Deposits non-receivables to company bank account and submits daily / weekly upload to accounting
• Performs daily and monthly balancing including journal entries, write-offs and check requests
• Processes ACH debits and credit card payments as requested
• Other duties as assigned, including special projects

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred
• 1+ yrs of experience in accounts receivable or related field
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure, using tact, discretion, and good judgment to respond to all requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Keen eye for detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to prioritize and manage expectations
