Job Title : Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and welding.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, as well as a solid understanding of electrical systems in an industrial setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment.
- Maintain and repair electrical systems in an industrial setting.
- Conduct welding tasks as needed.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with industrial machinery.
- Work near moving mechanical parts and in dusty and noisy conditions.
- Handle exposure to outdoor weather conditions and chemicals used in the process.
Essential Skills
- Experience in industrial maintenance.
- Experience with industrial electrical systems.
- Proficiency in welding.
- Five years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of 480V electrical systems.
- Experience with MIG welding.
- Understanding of 3-phase wiring.
- Experience in food and beverage processing is a plus.

Work Environment
This position is based in McFarland, CA. The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts, dusty and noisy conditions, outdoor weather, and chemicals.
