Salary range : $62,988-$104,980

As a Project Manager III at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport under the Office of Administration, ATL Workforce business unit, you will oversee key operational and strategic initiatives, reporting directly to the Program Management Officer Sr.

Your role includes managing grants, conducting apprenticeship audits, and utilizing data analysis and predictive modeling to inform strategic planning.

You will be responsible for all data related to the ten department programs, focusing on reporting, visualization, and ensuring programs deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).

This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities :

1. Grantor / Grant Management :

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of grant applications, funding allocation, and compliance with grantor requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with grantors and ensure timely submission of reports and financial documentation.

2. Apprenticeship Audits :

  • Conduct thorough audits of apprenticeship programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement based on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

3. Data Analysis, Reporting & Visualization :

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the ten department programs to measure performance and outcomes.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
  • Utilize predictive modeling techniques to forecast future trends and program impacts.

4. Predictive Modeling & Forecasting :

  • Implement predictive models to anticipate program needs, resource allocation, and potential challenges.
  • Use forecasting tools to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.

5. Program Return on Investment (ROI) :

  • Measure and analyze the financial and non-financial returns of various programs to ensure they meet organizational goals.
  • Provide regular updates on program ROI to senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

6. Strategic Planning :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with airport objectives.
  • Monitor and track the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are on target to meet goals.

7. Tracking Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Facilitate effective collaboration across different departments to ensure smooth execution of programs.
  • Track and report on cross-functional initiatives, ensuring all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.

8. Presentations :

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners, conveying program goals, progress, and outcomes.
  • Use data-driven insights to support presentations and ensure clear, impactful communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered as a substitute for the required degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management, emphasizing data analysis, predictive modeling, grant management, and auditing.
  • Proven experience in leading teams or managing projects in a complex, large-scale environment.

Certifications

  • Microsoft MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
  • A+ Certification

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of delivering insights clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Demonstrated experience with project management software like Microsoft Project or Mondays.com.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including using tools like JIRA or Trello, with experience in managing projects within an Agile framework.
  • Experience in risk management, including the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Resource management experience, including managing personnel, budget, and time allocations for projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • PMP certification is highly desirable.
