Job Requirements :
Responsibilities of this year-round role include but are not limited to :
- Supervising and training 2-4 team member crews in all aspects of landscape management
- Motivating and inspiring team members daily
- Hands-on position requiring weed control, mowing, fertilization application, blowing, trash removal, raking, etc.
- Collaborating with Operations Managers to schedule, monitor and report daily workloads
- Managing the overall quality of assigned commercial landscape properties
- Fostering a strong culture of safety, collaboration, teamwork, and excellence on the crew
- Safely driving a truck and that may or may not include a trailer
- Managing job hours
- Basic working knowledge and understanding of irrigation systems
Other Job Requirements :
- Must have a minimum of 1-year experience supervising a landscape maintenance crew with a minimum of 2 employees
- Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and bend and stoop on a routine basis
- Must have a valid NC Driver's license, pass a pre-employment and annual MVR check, and maintain a good driving record
- Must adhere to Granite Hills Group handbook policies and procedures.
