Marketing & Merchandise Analyst - C-Shopper Team

Join our dynamic C-Shopper Team as a Marketing & Merchandise Analyst. In this role, you'll serve as a subject matter expert and a crucial resource for customer success, collaborating directly with Marketing, Merchandising, Loyalty, Operations, and Finance teams.
Your primary objective will be to drive internal adoption of our Customer Insights platform.
You'll receive comprehensive training, coaching, and support from the C-Shopper and Circana Teams to become proficient in our Customer Insights platform.
As you progress, you'll serve as a subject matter expert, assigned to specific user groups and ad hoc projects. Your ultimate goal will be to drive high platform usage, leading to improved decision-making at Company , enhanced customer retention, and increased sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
- Develop and implement data analyses and collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquire data from primary and secondary sources, maintaining databases for accurate insights.
- Collaborate across various C-Shopper development initiatives, partnering with the internal Data team and Circana / IRI personnel.
- Assist in C-Shopper platform developments aimed at driving impact with internal and external users.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Deliver product support and adoption best practices to assigned user groups within Company teams.
- Provide guidance and case studies showcasing high-value insights to user groups.
- Partner with user groups to advocate for customer-centric sales and marketing strategies.
- Execute internal customer success processes, including onboarding and ongoing support strategies.
- Deliver ad hoc project analytics and presentations to support external user needs and supplier projects.
- Define metrics for measuring program impact, customer satisfaction, and user group growth / productivity.
- Anticipate and address barriers hindering project goals.
- Conduct and report on user group evaluations and feedback.
- Continuously monitor market and customer trends to enhance user experience and drive operational excellence.
