Our client, a non-profit media company is seeking a versatile Director of People and Culture to join their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses experience developing and managing organization-wide inclusion and belonging programs, professional development and training, as well as employee engagement initiatives.
In addition, overseeing employee relations, handling complex workplace grievances, implementing strategies to hire a dynamic and diverse workforce, and working closely with the HRIS team to develop an employee experience dashboard.
