Aircraft Mechanical Team Lead A&P
Job Description
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate mechanical system activities for aircraft testing and maintenance.
- Supervise and provide guidance to aircraft technicians in troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
- Assess and develop subordinates' skills to maximize job efficiency and provide growth opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of aircraft service changes, inspection requirements, and vendor information.
- Perform periodic maintenance, post and pre-flight inspections, and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions.
- Follow standard operating procedures when operating ground support equipment and special support equipment for component installation.
- Assist in maintaining work schedules, updating of CMP cards, and reviewing daily job charging for accuracy.
- Apply 6S and Lean Initiatives to maintain good housekeeping and safety in all work areas.
