Landscape Superintendent

The Landscape Superintendent will lead the landscape installation efforts for new construction projects in Rancho Cordova CA.

• Ensure correct installation adherence to plans and specifications
• Complete accurate documentation of project extras and paperwork
• Monitor job cost reports and correct accounting errors proactively
• Complete projects on time and within budget
• Maintain communication with clients and company departments
• Implement company policies in field operations and safety protocols
• Conduct biweekly meetings with Foremen and train staff

Qualifications

• 10 years of commercial landscape construction experience
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience
• Valid Drivers License
• PW Experience preferred

Education Requirements
