We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Survey Engineer to join an existing team that is handling the construction of a luxury golf resort in South Florida.
This role is an integral part of our team, providing key insight and direction for our high-end golf course construction projects.
You will be responsible for conducting field surveys, preparing construction plans, and ensuring the accuracy of golf course designs.

Job Details
Responsibilities :
1. Conduct field surveys and collect data for the construction of luxury golf courses.
2. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare construction plans and designs.
3. Work with Total Station to ensure the accuracy and precision of measurements and data.
4. Collaborate with the design and construction teams to provide accurate and comprehensive data.
5. Monitor and ensure the quality control of survey activities and data.
6. Prepare and present reports on survey findings and project progress.
7. Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
8. Provide technical support to the construction team and resolve any issues that may arise.
9. Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay abreast with industry advancements.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in field surveying, preferably in golf course construction.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Total Station.
4. Strong understanding of surveying principles and construction methods.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
8. Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
9. Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
10. A valid driver’s license and good driving record.
11. Professional Engineering (PE) license or Land Surveyor license is a plus.
