Job Title : Recruiter / Entry level salesAbout Us : Aerotek is a dynamic and growing staffing firm. We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter / Sales Associate to join our team and help us connect top talent with our clients while driving sales growth.
Responsibilities : Recruitment : Source and identify potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events).
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.Sales : Assist in generating new business by identifying potential clients and reaching out to them.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase our services.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
