Looking to hire aides to work one of the following available shifts;
1st Shift : 8PM-8AM 12 HOURS 3 OR 4 DAYS A WEEK Total of 36-48 hours week.
2nd Shift : 4 Hour Mid-Day Shift 7 Days week
For a Home Care Agency located in Patchogue Long Island, NY.
We are looking for experienced individuals who strive to help others.
Once the application is complete someone from our HR department will call you back;
We will then schedule you for an onboarding and interview appointment.
Our agency would like caregivers who are willing to work long term.
Provide assistance for Clients with basic needs.
A care-plan will be in home outlining duties and responsibilities.

Essential Functions :
Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to) :
Personal Hygiene
Ambulation / Transfers
Dressing / Shaving
Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
Performs light housekeeping activities
Performs patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse. These could include (but are not limited to) :
Providing hospice supportive care
Medication reminders
Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
Care of bed-bound patients
Incontinence care
Preferred Experience in :
Hoyer lift
Companionship or personal Care needs.
For the job description a candidate will need to have a NYS Certified
Certificate as a PCA or HHA.
A health physical within the last 12 months.
A proof of lab results showing MMR, Varicella and PPD exposure.
A Flu shot ..
2 Identifications (1 with a picture).
2 Professional references.(no family or friends)
