Responsibilities : -Manage a diverse caseload of estate litigation matters

Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and motions
Represent clients in court hearings and trials
Communicate regularly with clients, partners, and other attorneys on case updates
Collaborate with team members on complex cases and provide guidance to paralegals and support staff Requirements : -Must be admitted to the New York bar
Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in estate litigation
Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Proven track record of success in handling complex cases
