Key Responsibilities of the VP Finance :
- Work closely with the sales team to support the largest customer accounts
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Lead the finance team, ensuring robust financial management and reporting.
- Drive financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee reporting of financial results to private equity ownership
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications for VP of Finance :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling high-growth companies owned by a private equity firm.
- Strong strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
