Job Overview :
We’re offering free rent in our upscale, mid-century-modern estate in Phoenix, AZ. This is a prime opportunity to grow with the new premier sober living house in Greater Phoenix.
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sober living facility.
Ideal candidates have at least one year of sobriety, a solid background in recovery, and a genuine passion for helping others.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, supportive, and positive environment for our residents. This is a chance to make a real impact in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support, including managing resident files, keeping accurate records, and analyzing data related to facility operations.
- Oversee resident safety and well-being, ensuring engagement in activities that promote recovery.
- Transport clients to outpatient programs, meetings, etc.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective facility management.
- Coordinate communication with residents’ families.
- Handle conflicts and maintain a positive atmosphere within the house.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of one year of sobriety.
- Active participation in 12-step programs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Genuine desire to grow in the recovery / mental health field.
