Perform other duties as assigned by department leaders. High School Completion or equivalent Previous clerical / physician office training Epic / EMR 1 Year experience Medical Terminology Computer Literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products Ability to function in a fast-paced call center environment. While maintaining a respectful, caring, and professional manner. Previous registration or scheduling experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Expanded services include emergency care, sleep center, mammography, breast MRI, cardiac catheterization lab, wound center and DEXA scanning.
