Our -bed hospital offers high quality acute and residential treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a mental illness or substance use disorder.

Position Summary Highlights
- Provides administrative supervision and direction for acute clinicians, therapists, recreational therapists, teachers and interns throughout the hospital.
- Collaborates with nursing leadership and physicians to provide clinical programming and a therapeutic milieu for patients.
- Serves as a liaison between clinical staff and referring agencies in ensuring provision of quality care and promoting the hospital’s reputation as a premier provider of inpatient psychiatric care.

Qualifications
Licensure Requirement :
Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina
Physical requirements :
Light Work Exerting up to pounds of force occasionally or up to pounds of force frequently, or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for sedentary work. Even though the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount, a job is rated light work when it requires : (1) walking or standing to a significant degree;
2) sitting most of the time while pushing or pulling arm or leg controls; or (3) working at a production rate pace while constantly pushing or pulling materials even though the weight of the materials is negligible.
