We are seeking Remote Allstate Experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Producers who are ready to help our customers with auto, home, life, renters insurance & more.
Our successful trusted advisors help our clients understand the importance of proper coverage and help educate them on why insurance is so important.

We have remote options or in office positions at any of our 3 locations : Southlake, Burleson, or Colleyville.
Remote candidates must have a valid P&C Insurance License AND a minimum 2 years experience selling Property & Casualty Insurance, in an Allstate Agency.

High Earning Potential for motivated sales producers
Responsibilities
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Create & maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Educate potential clients on the importance of insurance- how and why its so important to have proper coverage
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Answer the phone and assist walk in customers.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and / or referral programs
Requirements
Please apply if you meet our requirements :
- MUST have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
- Remote Candidates MUST HAVE PRIOR ALLSTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE *REQUIRED*
- MUST have a minimum 2 years selling P&C Insurance *REQUIRED*
- MUST have knowledge of a commissioned sales role, and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
- MUST have experience working remotely and have a quiet, private, dedicated work station set up for an office (if applying for the remote position)
- Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
- Desire to want to help educate others on insurance how and why its important to have the proper coverage
- Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
- Have the ability to answer prospective client's questions efficiently and effectively.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
- Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license
- Previous Allstate Insurance Experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
