Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to :

• Enhance relationships with existing clients
• Participate in preparing and submitting proposals for new work; Develop, distribute and coordinate RFQ's and RFP's for professional services and constructors
• Responsible for monitoring and leading multiple projects of varying scope and scale simultaneously to ensure budgetary and scheduling restrictions are adhered to and comply with stated objectives.
• Attend and participate in meetings with the Client, Architect, Constructors, and other professional service firms
• Prepare and make presentations to Clients as requested for projects in progress
• Ensure implementation and compliance of P&M and PMR policies and procedures on projects
• Effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and support staff.

The qualifications.

• Engineering Degree, Architecture Degree or Construction Management Degree from an accredited college or university
• 5-8 years building, design and construction experience in the following areas : project management, architecture / planning, engineering, or construction field
• Experience working for an Owner's Facility Team or as a consultant is preferred
• Construction cost estimating experience is desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and / or Primavera Scheduling Software; Familiarity with BIM
• Qualified individuals must either reside in or near the Metro Detroit or be willing to relocate to these areas for this opportunity
• Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 20-50% overnight travel

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information

Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location.

Colorado monthly base range is as follows :

$4916.66 to $11416.66

We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week.

Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date.

In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use.

A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff.

Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time.

Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
