We're looking for a passionate individual to join our successful real estate team! This critical role requires communication with up to 15 realtors on our staff to generate relationships with clients and prospective buyers up to the point of an in-person meeting.
If you're excited about getting in touch with people and building meaningful connections, then this is the job for you! You will receive valuable knowledge and experience from the most experienced instructors in the field.
Work Location : Norman (main) office, conveniently located close to I-35
Training : Comprehensive training given
Start Time : 9 am to 11 am
End Time : 7 pm
Work Remotely : No
Job Types :
- Part-time - About 20 hours a week with a customizable schedule, including weekends
- Full-time - About 35 hours a week with a set shift of 10 am - 6 pm
Compensation : $13.50 - $16 per hour

Responsibilities :
- Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Record discussions and input data accurately into our system
- Reach out to potential clients via phone calls and emails
- Identify the optimal timing and purpose for qualified leads
- Arrange and confirm appointments efficiently
- Employ provided scripts to categorize leads effectively
- Exhibit punctuality and a positive demeanor consistently
- Maintain regular communication with leads in the sales pipeline
- Deliver reliable and continuous customer support
Qualifications :
- Previous sales / telephone work is beneficial
- Must be able to work in our Norman office off I-35
- Confident follow-up skills
- Familiar with utilizing scripts
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping people
- Positive outlook, strong character, and reliable work ethic
- Proficient in making appointments over the phone
- Able to work collaboratively on a team and understand the impact of their work on business success
