Job Title : Corporate Legal Counsel
Location : Austin, Texas (Hybrid 3 days / week onsite)
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000 + Bonus

About Company / Opportunity :
We are a publicly traded software company that provides various IT and business management support to businesses. We need a collaborative and energetic Corporate Counsel to support the sales function of our legal team in Austin.
Responsibilities : You will report to the Associate General Counsel within our fast-paced Sales function and assist with a variety of commercial transactions.
You will provide legal guidance on issues related to sales, finance, products and information security. You will manage the contract lifecycle and negotiate and draft a variety of commercial and technology agreements (including agreements related to software licensing partnership agreements, SaaS, vendor, confidentiality, et al).
Must-Have Skills :
- 3-5+ years of experience with commercial transactions and agreements (including software and technology, SaaS, information security, global sales, vendor agreements, software and licensing agreements, subscription agreements, partner agreements)
- Experience with the contract management lifecycle
- J.D. from an ABA accredited university and in good standing with a state bar association
Nice to Have Skills :
- Previous in-house experience with a Software or Technology company
